The FLIR M232 is a compact pan and tilt marine thermal camera designed to improve navigation and safety in total darkness. Using a 320 × 240 FLIR thermal sensor, the M232 helps boaters detect vessels, buoys, bridges, docks, obstacles, and people in the water without relying on visible light, spotlights, or radar alone.
With its compact housing, network video output, digital zoom, and easy chartplotter integration, the M232 is an excellent solution for night navigation, docking assistance, and increased situational awareness on recreational and professional vessels. The camera can be controlled directly from compatible chartplotters or by using an optional joystick control unit.
