Returns
To return item(s), the buyer must contact “LTQX” by email at info@maritronix.eu within 14
working days from the date of delivery, providing the name of the returned item, the order number,
and the reasons for the return.
Return Conditions (B2C only):
• The returned goods must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
• The goods must not be damaged.
• The goods must be unused and in a marketable appearance (e.g., labels intact, protective
film intact).
• The returned goods must be complete, as received by the buyer.
• When returning the goods, proof of purchase must be provided.
• The buyer is responsible for delivery and return costs, except in cases where goods are
defective. In such cases, delivery and return costs are covered by the seller. If the goods are
returned due to inadequate quality, the seller will refund the delivery and return costs, along
with the amount paid for the goods, provided the seller verifies the issue.
• The seller reserves the right to refuse the return if the above conditions are not met.
• In cases of returning incorrect and/or defective goods, the seller agrees to replace the goods
with similar suitable items.
• If replacement goods are not available, the seller will refund the amount paid, excluding the
delivery charge.
• Refunds will be processed within 60 days from the date the returned goods are received and
verified by the seller.
