Safety
The PILOT-H wireless system is made with a focus on safety and reliability. For safety reasons, the system works with two independent microcontrollers. For each control path, two serially independent connected relays are used. By using time-tested, high-quality electrical industrial components, we achieve an industrial-grade system. For transmitting, the system uses a Hamming code algorithm, this way, it results in error-free transmission. An emergency stop button on the device accomplishes ISO 13850 standard.
Comfort
Clearly marked buttons allow the user to comfortably operate the transmitter. The transmitter enclosure is rated at IP65 and floats in water. The operating range of the system is up to 100 meters. Configuration and monitoring software is accessible by users with a WLAN-compatible device. Two AA batteries allow the transmitter to be used for a minimum of 12 months with no charging needed. An LED on the transmitter indicates the health status of the battery. Two status LEDs on the aluminum enclosure of the receiver allow for fast troubleshooting.
